Two professionally NAAB-accredited graduate degrees in Architecture are available in the School of Architecture at UNC Charlotte: The Master of Architecture I and the Master of Architecture II.
The Master of Architecture II (M.Arch. II) is designed for those who have completed a four-year undergraduate degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution. The M.Arch. II is a full-time program that is two years in length (60 credit hours).
If applicants accepted to the M.Arch. II program are found deficient in entry-level competencies, they will be required to enroll in additional course work beyond the required 60 credit hours to complete their degree. To ensure that incoming students are evaluated appropriately, the School of Architecture may request from applicants to the M.Arch.
