Winner of the 1998 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, "How I learned to Drive" is a funny, poignant, and ultimately humane look at the complex and disturbing relationship between an adolescent girl and her uncle. Originated by actress Mary Louise Parker, the character Li’l Bit reconstructs the story in a series of flashbacks to create what playwright Vogel calls “a play about healing, forgiving and moving on.”
