Give a little general information about yourself: how did you become interested in the arts/design?

I became interested in architecture about six years ago. I attended a couple architecture camps while in high school and that helped me to decide on my chosen path.

Why did you apply to the Arts + Architecture Honors Program?

I applied to the AAHP because I was interested in the opportunity to take seminars in other disciplines as well as taking more challenging courses.

What kind of career do you hope to have?

While I don’t have a specific career in mind, something related to architecture or the broader field of design is where I’d ultimately like to end up. I’m coming into college with an open mind so that I can explore career options that I don’t even know exist yet.

What is your favorite thing about the College of Arts + Architecture?

My favorite thing about being here is spending time in the studio. I’ve never worked in an environment like that, and it’s really fun to talk to fellow students about our projects and discuss ideas.

When you are not in class, studying, or working, what do you like to do for fun?

When I’m not doing school work, I enjoy playing ping pong and foosball with my friends or reading.
