SoA Spring Convocation Lecture: Gabriela Carrillo

The School of Architecture opens the spring semester with a convocation lecture by Gabriela Carrillo of Taller de Arquitectura, Mexico City. A partner with Mauricio Rocha, Carillo's recent projects include the Criminal Courts for Oral Trials in Pátzcuaro, Michoacá, San Pablo Oztotepec Market, and Hall for the Visually Impaired, among others. In 2014, the Architectural League of New York recognized Taller de Arquitectura as one of eight Emerging Voices, and this year The Architectural Review and the Architect's Journal recognized Carrillo as 2017 Architect of the Year.
