Two members of the Department of Theatre faculty have directed and designed a new production at the Cape Fear Regional Theatre in Fayetteville, N.C. No Child..., a play by Nilaja Sun, is directed by Assistant Professor of Acting Kaja Dunn, with a set by Assistant Professor of Scenic Design Tom Burch. The production runs October 31- November 17.

Originating as a one-woman show based on Sun's experience as a teaching artist in New York City, the Cape Fear Production features five actors playing 16 characters who range from a high school principal to a motley crew of students to the autobiographical Sun, who has come to Malcolm X High School to lead the students in a theatre production.
