Liz Richardson, AIA is a registered architect in North Carolina. She holds an M.Arch. from UNC Charlotte and a B.A. in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky.
Prior to joining the faculty at UNC Charlotte, she has taught Interior Design studio courses at the University of Kentucky and Queens University of Charlotte. Liz also has 10 years of professional experience, including five years with Perkins & Will in Charlotte, where she is currently a Senior Associate and a member of the Leadership Team. In addition, she enjoys leading the practice’s Social Responsibility Initiative projects and participating in the Explorers Program, mentoring high school students interested in a career in architecture.
