Rachel Swenson Watkins is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.  She has worked in Charlotte as a Stage Manager for CPCC Summer Theatre and as the Resident Stage Manager for 2 seasons at the Cape Fear Regional Theatre in Fayetteville.  She also did a stint on a bus and truck tour of She Loves Me and a van tour of Theatreworks/USA children’s production of Peter Rabbit.  Living in NYC, she stage-managed several benefit dinners at the Waldorf Astoria, theatre workshops at Circle Repertory, actor showcases, and then made her way to Broadway as an Assistant Stage Manager for Dream; The Johnny Mercer Musical.

Moving to Los Angeles to get to know her future husband, she stage-managed for the local weatherman/celebrity Fritz Coleman, (It’s Me! Dad!) and later for actress Brenda Vaccaro in Full Gallop- both at The Coronet Theatre.  She then went on to work in the film industry as a Location Coordinator for such movies as Mission: Impossible 3, Constantine, Along Came Polly, Rumor Has It, and the TV series of The X-Files Seasons 8 and 9. She is currently stage managing the life of her little boy.
