The UNC Charlotte Orchestra performs three works under the direction of Dr. Jonathan Govias: Overture to Die Fledermaus, Nanabush and the Giant Beaver, and Pirates of the Caribbean. The Orchestra welcomes Lawrence Toppman as the guest narrator for Nanabush and the Giant Beaver, a work by Canadian composer Richard Mascall that is based on an Algonquin tale.
